M for roommate SLC downtown

Hi everyone, I have an available room in my bath apt. The apartment is located directly in front of the capitol building, and its about a minute walk to downtown.

There is an in unit washer/dryer, and the complex has a gym available to all residents.

After utilities rent is about 1k a month per person. The lease is until July so you’d be coming in as a subletter. Non LDS but I like to keep the place clean.

I have a bunny and a cat already so can’t have anymore pets on the lease.

A little about me: M working in Finance downtown, originally from Socal and been here a few years now. I work in the office and when I get home usually cooking or hitting the gym. Like to go out with friends on the weekends. I do occasionally smoke and drink.

Let me know if your interested, would like to get someone moved in before the end of November if possible.
