Roommate wanted – The Berkman (Rochester, MN, across from Mayo St. Mary's)

I’m looking for a clean and responsible roommate to share my fully furnished apartment at The Berkman, located right across from the Mayo Clinic’s St. Mary's campus. The room will be available starting Nov 1. Utilities will be split between the tenant and me.

About the space:
• Private, fully furnished bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom
• Shared fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room, dining room, and balcony
• In-unit washer/dryer

Building amenities include a Gym, sauna, rooftop pool, grills, a golf simulator, study/work rooms, and a package room.

About me: I am a professional, working rotating day/night shifts at Mayo as an ECMO Specialist, keeping the place quiet and clean. Looking for someone mature, respectful, and easy to live with. No smoking, pets, or alcohol in the apartment.
