Room by Burbank/Glendale border

Looking to fill a room in an apartment by the border of Glendale and Burbank. Big enough to have people in it.

Rent with utilities is $. Need someone to move in ASAP.

The room is pretty spacious and it has it's own bathroom.

The apartment complex is owned by Legacy At Westglen. It has laundry machines, a pool, and a gym.

Must be willing to sign an month lease (though this can be negotiable)

I am a guy in my early s that works at a comic book store in Glendale. I also write and do film/video work from time to time. I'm generally pretty easy to get along with.

I should also mention that there is a make shift room in the living room me and previous roommates created using room dividers. There is a tenant living there at the moment (She has been living there for about 3 years and is a good respectful roommate.
