• Single occupancy only
• Room-only rental with laundry privileges
• No access to main living area or kitchen storage; limited kitchen use available
• Furnished with linens, queen bed, dressers, desk, TV (Chromecast), mini-fridge/freezer, and microwave (coming soon)
• Utilities (gas, water, power, basic internet/WiFi) included
• Shared deck with grill, fenced yard, on- laundry, street parking
• Located in the desirable, walkable Raleigh Court/Grandin Village neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities.

About the Home:
• Owner is a holistic health practitioner and outdoor enthusiast
• Quiet, clean, and peaceful environment
• Friendly -year-old black lab on (must love dogs!)
• Not suitable for night-shift workers or high-energy dog breeds

Ideal Roommate:
• Women strongly preferred, but all exceptional candidates considered
• Very clean, clutter-free, quiet, respectful, and responsible
• Minimal and respectful guests
• Non-smoker, no drugs, social alcohol use only
• Good credit, employment, and rental history
• Must have work/hobbies outside the home (no homebodies)
• Room is for temporary or secondary residence only (no mail or permanent residency)

Application, Credit/Background Check, References and 3x rent income, and signed agreement required. Rent $ p/m, Deposit $ short term fee applies to stays less than 3 months.
