Looking for a roommate to share my bright, spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Santa Monica starting around Nov 1 (flexible). The unfurnished room has a large window and plenty of space.
I’m a -year-old writer and educator who works in the mental health field. I have two very friendly cats, so you should be cat-friendly and okay watching them sometimes when I travel. The other bathroom is basically yours except for the shower, which we can coordinate.
There’s a garage with two parking spaces — both available to you, since I don’t drive. The apartment’s in a small complex near Main St and Rose Ave.
