Looking for Roommate

Hi there! I am looking for someone, female only, to take over my lease. Starting on December th going until July st. The room is in a townhouse shared with two other roommates. Has a walk-in closet and under the stairs storage. There is good natural lighting and a built-in bookshelf. Shared bathroom with one other roommate, however you do have your own sink. It is close to campus with a bus stop at the end of the street as well. Less than a minute drive to King Soopers. The neighborhood is decently quiet and is near an elementary school!
You will need to bring your own furniture, however if needed I am willing to provide a full sized bed with frame and a dresser. The kitchen and common areas are fully furnished so there is no need to provide anything for those areas.
