Amazing loft/studio ne
xt to LA Live, music venues, etc. Laundry on-. Beautiful rooftop view. Looking for someone clean and chill who also works and/or stays busy like myself. It’s the holidays and not having family, etc., in LA can be rough. I know the feeling. I’m barely home. I have a Shi Tzu and a parakeet 🐶 🦜I’m a very sociable person, go out frequently, but when it comes to my loft, I’m very private. This isn’t a party house. Plus, I’ve gotten in trouble with my neighbors about the noise, so I’m forced to keep it down 😅 friendly. I love cooking too. I have a brand new couch that lets out into a bed. Probably could be take my bed possibly since I’m only home a few days out the week. Just seeking a temporary roommate through the holidays who appreciates a dope spot I’ve put together. #GOODVIBES
