Hello!!

Hope you are having a wonderful day 🙂 I am looking for two roommates to join me in my new townhouse in Westminster Colorado. It's right on the intersection of and Federal, with easy access to both I- and highway . Each room has a private bathroom, another amenities include in unit laundry and access to the community pools (during the summer when it's open). Rent is $ per room, which includes all utilities. Both rooms are available immediately.

Room 1- "The master". ', with ensuite bathroom, and a very generous closet!

Room 2- The " I work from home/ need space for hobbies (It's actually ' bedroom (with attic access, which comes with lots of extra storage space!), and one ' office. Both rooms have good size closets, and this room will get exclusive access to the adjoining hallway bathroom (full with the only bath in the house!)

The middle floor will be a shared space that I will furnish, containing a good sized kitchen and family room with a fireplace!

I, the owner, occupy the basement, like a gremlin, but a nice gremlin. I am clean, quiet, and mostly introverted, but I do enjoy a chill movie night every once in awhile. I am handy, so if you need help moving, hanging shelves, or doing other personalization things within reason, I'm happy to help!
