Roommate search
Hey guys! We are looking for a 3rd roommate to take over my part of the lease that will end around October of next year with option to resign, preferably female!
$ a month + utilities
Shared bathroom with one other person
Downtown location (N 5th street)
We love the current dynamic of our home and just want to keep it a relaxing, safe place for us so we have some things we are looking for in our roommate
-preferably in the age range
-cleanly/ picks up after themselves/ contributes to house cleaning
-is in school or has a stable job
-Is okay living with a sweet cat
-drama free + herb friendly
