Lease takeover- Collge View Apts

Posting on behalf of my daughter. She and her roommate are looking for tenants to take over their leases at Collge View apartments for the school year. Complex just opened a year ago, is located right on SDSU campus next to the Huaxyacac dorm. They signed a 4 bed/bathroom unit, each room is private with its own bathroom, fully furnished, kitchen, family room and washer/dryer in the unit, parking is available. $ per room.
