1 friendly American Wirehair Cat 🐱 + 2 adorable Holland Lop bunnies 🐇🐇

💲 Rent & Utilities:

$/month for private studio room in shared home. Utilities average $/month ⚡💧📶

Move-in = First month’s rent + full month deposit + laundry deposit 📝

Lease options: 6 months or 1 year 📅

🛁 Room & Amenities: Queen sized bedframe, desk, and desk chair available. 🛏️💻🪑 Shared bathroom with 1 female roommate 🚿

Laundry unit in garage 🧺 Full access to kitchen + common areas 🍳🍴 (just clean up after yourself 🙌)

🐾 Pets: Outdoor cat Markus 🐈 Indoor bunnies Achilles & Zoey 🐰🐰

Pet rent required if you plan to bring your own (upon approval) 🐾
