Looking for someone to take over a private room in a spacious house located right between Kyrene and Ray in Chandler. Ideal for someone in their s to early s — current housemates are guys who are years old, and we’re hoping to find someone around the same age range to keep the house vibe comfortable.

✨ About the Room & House:
    •    Private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with one roommate who is rarely home).
    •    Large yard and a pool — perfect for relaxing or hanging out.
    •    Base rent plus utilities.
    •    Option to include a bedframe and queen mattress if needed.
    •    The lease runs through April, with the possibility to renew. This is a lease takeover, and some of us will still be on the lease.

🏡 About the Housemates:
There are three roommates total:
    •    Two have been living together on a previous year-long lease.
    •    One newer roommate who was a coworker before moving in.
    •    Everyone is respectful, clean, and easy-going — great people to hang out with.
    •    There’s also one super friendly cat in the house.
