I am a professional peanut-free, perfume-free individual and live in a separate suite on lower level with my well-behaved dogs and they have a sitter while I am away. I value a clean, respectful, welcoming home, open communication, quiet evenings and fireside patio gatherings.

Currently no one living in the 3 bedroom unit except you until Kevin's December move-in.
