Hey y’all,

I’ve got a private room with its own bathroom opening up January 1st in my two-bedroom apartment here in Marina del Rey. The spot is part of a luxury waterfront community loaded with amenities — a massive Jacuzzi right outside our door, pool, multiple gyms, game rooms, clubhouse, the works. You can walk to the beach and Venice boardwalk easily, and it’s a short drive to Culver City, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, or Hollywood. It’s one of the safest, nicest pockets of the west side.

About me: I’m in my late s, a working professional who’s creative, artistic, kinda nerdy, and politically socialist. Midwest transplant, originally from Iowa. I’m super laid back about personal space and open to collaborating on the apartment — it’s already filled with my art, books, and VHS collection. I like music, fantasy paperbacks, video games, D&D, Movies, and writing. Typically, I'm hanging out with my two cats: Baba Yaga and Cathulhu (they’re sweet and not scary, I promise).

I’m a likeable, funny, normal dude — the kind of roommate who’ll offer you a drink and queue up something weird on VHS. Bonus perk: I actually work across the street, so if you ever lose your key fob or need help with anything building-related, I’m your built-in concierge.

Normal price of this unit is $/month, but I’m passing my employee housing discount along to make it more affordable — you’d pay $ plus half of the utilities (which usually max around $/each). Unit comes with a tandem (covered and gated) parking space large enough for two vehicles. (I ride a motorcycle and don't use it)
