Hey y’all, my name’s Precious. I go by P, I’m a barber (student finishing my master hair care program) and a clean, quiet, respectful tenant. I also work full time when I’m not in school, stay to myself, and keep my space spotless.

I’m looking for a private room for rent in Columbia or surrounding areas preferably month-to-month or short-term while I stack and finish school. I don’t smoke inside, but I do smoke. I mind my business, and I pay on time. Budget: around $600-$800/mo (all utilities included preferred).
