We have a room available for a mature male roommate to share our peaceful, park like atmosphere....kind of like living in the woods while located in the heart of Tigard. This is a single level, owner-occupied bedroom, 2 ½ bath fully furnished home with central heat and wall to wall carpet. Three separate decks in our forest make for relaxing and private outdoor enjoyment. Located a few blocks from Pacific Hwy, we are close to the freeways and are minutes from downtown Portland, OSHU, PCC and Lewis & Clark College. We have friendly resident dogs, who mostly hang out with their owners and 1 cat you’ll probably never see, but can't add any more. The available room is furnished with a twin bed, a bureau, a bookcase and shelving or can be unfurnished. This room has new paint, newly shampooed carpet and a lock on your door. You will share the shower in the main bathroom across from your room with two male roomies. Included is all utilities, shared use of living room, dining area, kitchen, outside decks and free use of full size washer and dryer, cupboard and refrigerator/freezer space in the kitchen and access to a second refrigerator and freezer and off the street parking. We share chores and contribute financially to our shared house supplies We welcome friends, but don't do sleep-overs. We ask that you be sober, drug free and non smoking, honest and NOT have a criminal history or any evictions, and have stable, verifiable income. Month to month rental of first month's rent of $ deposit ($ fully refundable).
