Beautiful, peaceful home

I found a beautiful, clean house for rent. Its a with a garage and shed. There are large bedrooms and large closets in the bedrooms. There are several extra closets in the hallway. It would be $ each plus utilities and lawn care or you could pay extra for the big bedroom and private bath. It's so clean and updated, no mold or other smells. I'm looking for a christian roommate, doesn't have to be, but this is preferred since I love to listen to sermons and christian music. It would be nice to have similar values as well, but not a requirement. Someone in their 's would be great, but I'm open to other ages as well, especially older. No pets please - they don't allow pets. I've been in room for rents since the hurricane, while looking for the right place with a years lease. I applied for this one and really love it, but my roommate fell though. I'm looking to have someone apply asap since I need a roommate to get it.

About me: I'm quiet and respectful. I work full time (+ hrs/wk) and my credit score is almost . late payments, clean background check. Into church, small groups, wellness, plants, gardening, fitness, weight training, biking, paddleboading, church, cooking, acroyoga, dance (west coast swing/east coast/country swing, salsa...). I'm looking for someone who's willing to agree to quiet time from am which may be adjusted for your needs. Shared cleaning and if you're into similar things, that's great. If not, that's good too. I like when the home feels laid back and comfortable. Many people have described my home as a sanctuary because I value tranquility, gardening, soft music, and houseplants.

Also there's a dishwasher and washer/dryer hook ups, a fenced in yard with a shed, and central air.
