hi! looking for a roommmate to move in with me in my home starting December 1st!

I have a Bath home near South Broadway! Available for move in. Full AC/Heat, washer/dryer in unit, attached garage and plenty of street parking.

- Back patio and yard!
- Lot of natural sunlight
- Private bathroom
- Only one roommate (me!)
- 2 miles from South Broadway strip, 8 minute drive to downtown Denver, and very close to highway access for the mountains 🙂!

Open to M/F .. just has to be a good fit. I work M-F remotely (so at home). When I'm not working I like to hang with my pup, be active, etc. I am definitely not in my partying stage anymore so want roomies who are chill and respectful!

- Neighborhood: Westwood (in between lakewood and denver)
- Pets: No- sorry! I already have one dog here and can't have another with her.
