The location’s great - close to major bus routes and a short walk to Thetis Lake trails.

I’m a woman in my s with a small dog named Stevie and four backyard chickens. I work full-time and keep things tidy but easygoing. When I’m home, I’m usually out in the yard, gardening, or relaxing with Stevie on the covered patio. I like people who are friendly, respectful, and have their own thing going on - someone who enjoys a comfortable home where you can laugh, talk, or just do your own thing without stress.

No cats (I’m allergic), but open to discussing other pets if they’d get along with mine.

The room’s available to view now - it’s currently full of my roommate’s stuff but will be cleared and cleaned before move-in.

Rent is $ + shared utilities (including Wi-Fi), usually around $/month.
