• Clean and organized (I like to keep shared spaces tidy)
• Friendly and sociable, but also independent

What I’m looking for:
• Month-to-month or short lease (open to longer if it’s a good fit)
• Parking available (driveway or street is fine)
• Safe neighborhood with easy access to main roads/highways

I’m easy to live with, keep to myself most of the time, and always pay rent on time. I’m hoping to find a comfortable spot where I can feel at home while I work and save up.
