Quiet neighborhood in southwest. I just bought this house and am moving in early-mid November, which is why the pictures don't have furniture.

Me: y/o working professional - friendly, clean, easy going, respectful, no drama. I work from home, I don't drink, smoke, or do any kinds of drugs. I have two very friendly and well trained dogs that do not bark. You may pet them, but don't try to steal them...I'll know where you live.

The House: sq ft, large kitchen and family room (TV) areas that you are free to use to your heart's content, just clean up after yourself and we'll never have any issues. All hard wood floors throughout, 2 fridges so plenty of space for stuff. Street parking (1 car garage, unfortunately). You'll have a nice sized bathroom all to yourself.

You: You've heard this before...friendly clean, easy going, respectful, no drama. Non-smoker, no drugs (I don't mind if you drink as long as you're not getting all sloppy and such). Guests of the same ilk outside business hours are ok with some heads up...you know, common sense courtesy.
