Private bedroom & bathroom in a bathroom apartment. Shared living area and kitchen with laundry in unit and window ACs. Dedicated parking stall steps from the elevator and a great view lanai. (Living room will be furnished by move in). Community pool/spa $ covers everything/month.

I am looking to fill the other room/bath of this apartment with myself. I am laid back, clean, and respectful. I have roomed with males and females in the past and can provide their information for reference, sociable but can read and respect a desire for space. I’m out of the apartment M-F am thru approx pm.
