Live in Camarillo’s premier luxury community in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment just off the , within walking distance to Camarillo Outlets, groceries, restaurants. This room measures feet 4 inches and is partially furnished with a Murphy double bed. Storage is available in a garage for additional fee. You’ll share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and other common areas with your housemates.

The community offers an impressive set of amenities: a clubhouse with an Olympic-size pool, cabanas, showers, grills, an additional living room/additional office space for you and your guests, a gym, plus a dog park. Parking and laundry are included for residents. Lease terms can accommodate short-term or long-term stays. Rent is $ per month with utilities included (electric, water, gas, trash, internet).

Deposit: a $ security deposit is due at signing.

Who we’re looking for: female applicants only. We prefer a full-time student or a working professional. Children or pets are negotiable; credit and background checks are required.
