Hardworking PT Mom in Need!

Hello! I am currently looking for a room to rent as of November 1st! My roommate has gone back and forth and finally decided she is in fact moving in with her sister so now me and 5 yo are left with no new home! I would love to have her two nights a week; I have of which for 9 years, very clean and responsible, quiet and respectful. I am usually not home. When with daughter we go to bed early. I am very quiet in my coming and going! When at home I can be found relaxing by myself, cleaning, sleeping, and very occasionally I cook as it's usually only for me and daughter. I have had a cleaning agreement with current roommate for reduced rent but I honestly do not have the time to clean others bathrooms and bedrooms but I absolutely keep common areas clean as that is just my own standard. I have numerous references I can provide, a higher security deposit for child if desired, and really just a roommate that has goals to keep reaching and the stability to do so. We love animals but I cannot take care of dogs, I can help clean or let them out if they're safe to do so. I do not have any unfortunately. I am looking for someone willing to do a lease agreement. I understand if it seems different, however, I only would have her less than hours a week and we are usually found at playgrounds, parks, the beach, or simply playing, reading, eating, and doing arts and crafts, water balloons, or YouTube to relax, which I try to avoid. If you met us, you would see why I say she is very quiet but there is absolutely the occasional laughs that will come from our room 😊 Me on my own is the last thing I want to do right now to her but I may have no choice. If someone isn't willing to consider her twice a week, I would still appreciate consideration as a tenant please!
