I’m a full-time healthcare worker and father. My son lives with me. We maintain a quiet, structured routine. to get along with. I value a clean and peaceful home environment, and I always pay rent on time.

I don’t smoke, don’t party at home, and I’m very mindful of shared spaces. In my free time, I like going to the gym, working on creative projects, and spending time with family.

Ideally, I’m looking for:
• A private room (furnished or unfurnished)
• Access to kitchen & laundry
• Parking is a plus but not a dealbreaker
