I live in Downtown Athens right across from the Classic Center at the Farmer’s Exchange. It’s a unique loft building with a ton of natural lighting and an open kitchen and living space. It is pet-friendly. I am looking to have my cat next semester. The monthly rent is $ and utilities are around $. I am a pretty neat person.
