**Female Preferred** I have a room available with a large closet for rent in Oregon City, I am an artist who prefers small spaces, and since I no longer have use of an extra room it would be great to save some money. I prefer someone who is respectful, honest, clean, and reasonably quiet. I work with people 8+ hrs a day so I enjoy some good quiet time :) mainly painting or writing music with headphones on when I am home though- I looove to cook. open to roomate dinners, game nights ect. I never really have overnight guests, or guests in general. Comfortable introverted space. I would like to be able to possibly be friends- I have what people say an eclectic decor style with lots of music and movie memorabilia, and keep a clean home. I do have a cat and a python(in my room). Other cats are okay as long as the cats get along, no dogs please. Bus line is across the street, pretty quiet area with most stores in walking distance. Your share would be and around for power depending on usage. Free wifi. Extra parking space is a month. Laundry room has an app and is a few doors down! Still cleaning out the room(it was storage for a while) does have a back patio/small yard but I never go out there. So if you like to garden youre welcome to a project!
