Mom & Toddler seeking room for rent

Hi, a solo mom to a toddler. It's just us, no drama. I've just come across hard times and I'm looking for a room or space for rent for us two. Something safe and comfortable. .
We're very quiet and keep to ourselves most of the time. Very clean, and I cook and prepare our own meals. We don't spend a lot of time at "home", and if we do we would keep to ourselves hanging out in the room.
Just looking for someone who will give us a chance and not be scared away by the fact I have a toddler.
