Hi—

I’m looking for a good human to move into the primary bedroom in my East Austin condo. You’ll have your own private bathroom, a full office to yourself, and a covered parking spot. We'll share the Living Room and Kitchen. Rent is $/month flat—that includes all utilities (internet, water, electric, trash). Simple setup—one flat monthly payment, no surprises.

The condo is modern, quiet, and filled with natural light. We’re on a peaceful street near Tillery and Govalle—walking distance to LIFT gym, Austin Bouldering Project, Eastciders, Mama Dearest, and Pershing. There’s also a shared pool and lounge, plus easy guest parking.

I own a production company and work from home a few days a week. Weekends in hospitality. Most days you'll find me editing from the edit suite in my bedroom. I’ve been around artists and storytellers most of my life, so I get the importance of space, rhythm, and good energy at home. My girlfriend visits often—she’s a stand-up comic—and while we’re both outgoing, the vibe here stays low-key.
