Utilities (electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, trash, and sewer) are all included in the rent—no surprise bills or hidden fees. Central AC and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.

Shared spaces include a full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, and a peaceful backyard. All shared spaces are maintained with care, and there are clear systems in place for cleaning and respectful co-living.

This is a quiet, child-friendly home where peaceful routines are respected. I’m a working single mom with a young daughter, and we prioritize stability, safety, and positive energy.
