Shared common areas on ground floor with recent updates: kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, and laundry room. Outdoor seating available in front and back yards.

There is street parking in the front and limited private parking in alley lot behind house.

** $/m for rent, with matching refundable deposit. ALL Utilities ARE included, plus landscaping. Month to month but long term stays are preferred:)

K: yo F barista and college student, loves volleyball and the ladies, great humor

T: yo M recent college graduate in molecular biology, sweet and shy, lives in renovated garage room on ground floor

You're responsible for cleaning up after yourself, your own food / toiletries.

We're alcohol and garden friendly within reason but ask any smoking be outside.

No other pets please
