Twenty minutes from downtown Austin. You will have your own bedroom and own bathroom. The 3rd room in the house is turned into a home office.
There’s a cute backyard and covered patio as well as a BBQ and fire pit. There is a 2 car garage that is turned into a home gym. Plenty of street parking as well as a spot in the driveway. The neighborhood has a community pool. Please make yourself at home as you will have full access to the entire house!

Rent: $ (utilities and wifi included)
Lease term: month to month
Security deposit: hundred


No smoking.
Trained and well behaved dogs are welcome.

I am a year old female, working professional, who enjoys a balance of working hard, but having fun! I have a dog, his name is Copper and he’s a Vizsla. I live a healthy and active lifestyle and enjoy being outdoors. I like to keep things lighthearted and positive. I am pretty introverted so you will have your personal space. I am a very clean and organized person who enjoys a tidy home. Prefer like-minded working professionals.
