Fully furnished room with a full-size bed, dresser, nightstands, lamps. Includes a closet, and exclusive use of the newly renovated hall bath. An additional, small bedroom could also be made available as your home office for an additional $ per month.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in East Bremerton off Pine Road, convenient to Fred Meyer, Wheaton Way park & ride, PSNS, ferries to Seattle. Most of the interior of the house has been renovated over the past couple years and includes new furniture and finishes, lighting, and extensive work in the hall bathroom. Two spacious decks out back with a charcoal grill and seating. The downstairs rec room includes a " television and an impressive -channel home theater system. Your rent includes one parking space in the driveway out front.

I'm a single male architect, working from home most of the time for a Seattle nonprofit, politically left of center, nonreligious, clean, and quiet. My musical tastes range from Pink Floyd to Dave Matthews Band to electronic / techno, and I’m a big fan of sci-fi and Coen brothers movies. I’m a bit of a night owl but I keep things quiet. I have a friendly orange cat named Louie who stays indoors.

Seeking somebody clean, quiet, professional, employed full-time or a student, considerate, drama-free, etc. It goes without saying that you should be able to pay the rent on time each month. You will be required to pass a background check and sign a month-to-month lease.

This room is for one person only, and no dogs are permitted. Sorry, but this is non-negotiable. well-behaved indoor cats will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The room is available Sunday, June 1. The rent is $/month, which includes your share of utilities (around $ per month). The house doesn't currently have cable TV, but I'd be willing to add it to my Xfinity package for an additional monthly charge. One month security deposit and first month's rent via certified funds are due prior to move-in.
