Up for rent is a beautiful large bedroom on the second floor of the this bath Townhome in West Side Costa Mesa. It is a large room with a closet. Conveniently located between Triangle Square, the beach, and the back bay.

We have lots of board games, Reverse Osmosis filtration system for fresh water. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishes needed that we share.. Other sweet amenities including a grill, pool, gym and a patio that overlooks a massive front yard lined with large trees that create a cool microclimate. And we’re about a -minute walk from the ocean! You’re just a short distance from all the restaurants and venues in the downtown Costa Mesa area (like Sidecar Donuts, The Wayfarer, Casa, Triangle Square, Hour Fitness, etc) We also have a Trader Joes, Mothers, Sprouts, Ralphs, Vons, Smart and Final, and 4 other grocery stores all within a mile! We do have two dogs on the property, bandita and peanut.
