Private bedroom w/ a shared bath

Hey everyone my name is Jasmine, I am a student at KSU and I’m looking for a new roommate as my current roommates moved out. I have a bathroom apartment currently right next to the Battery. The rooms itself are going to be $ a month not including utilities. It’s in a good apartment complex with a gated community and conveniently located right next to everything. I’m looking for preferably 2 female roommate preferably in their undergrad or grad year in college but it’s not a requirement. No kids and preferably no pets unless it’s a small dog. I do have a small dog myself which is why I would prefer no more pets. My boyfriend does live with me however he is primarily in my room and only uses my bathroom.
You would have your own room and a nice size closet. There is a shared bathroom with the 2nd roommate that I am looking for. The apartment is fully furnished besides the bedroom and bathrooms itself.
Overall I just want someone who cleans up after themselves and is drama free. My apartment is bug free unless it flies in and I would really like to keep it that way. Both rooms are available for immediate move in and will be $ a month not including utilities. The utilities range between $ a month. The lease length can be a discussion we can have on whether you want to do 6 months or a year long thing. The rooms are pretty big and we do have an in-unit washer and dryer. I am friendly however all smoking must be done outside on the patio and we made a nice space for it away from the cold. Please message me for any more details or questions you may have.
