Hello, my name is Nicole and I’m looking for a new roommate in my two bedroom apartment at Gables Town Place in Boca Raton. My current roommate is moving out June th and I’m looking for someone to take her place for a year starting then or on July 1st.

The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator but has a great view of a lake and behind the Boca Town Center. Also, a few minute drive from I-. Your room will also have your own bathroom and closet. Bedroom is not furnished.

The rent is $ monthly not including utilities but it’s typically just an extra $.

I’m and work as a General Manager. When I’m home I like to be in my room reading, watching tv, and I like to cook in the kitchen.
