TENANTS SPLIT UTILITIES 6 WAYS (very low cost) Just gas and electric. Water and trash are included in rent.
& here is the nitty gritty on the application process:
1. Move-in costs: These payments are due immediately upon lease signing. this breaks down to: first mo last mo security ($) broker fee $. is refundable with a nice clean room when you move out.
2. None of the room rentals I have DO NOT allow couples or pets (POSSIBLE EXCEPTION for fixed cats... if you do not see the exception then there is none!) :)
3. ALL of the room rentals I have DO REQUIRE A FICO SCORE OF AT LEAST . If you do not have at LEAST a please let me know right away. We can discuss co-signer options.
4. ALL Leases are through (Some landlords may ask if you would like to renew, you will need to let them know by early March.)
