Immediate availability for a large room. The room has big closet spaces, a dresser, a queen-sized bed, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. The furniture can be arranged as the renter prefers. The bathroom is shared. If you smoke, you must be on the porch or patio.
My home is in a nice neighborhood, south of Old Towne, within walking distance of two bus stops, shopping centers, and a gym. The new Fairfax Rec Center is within walking distance. Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rent, and a little dog or a cat is welcome. A dog park is nearby. Parking is on the street.
