Hi Tyler a year old mechanic working at UPS. As a roommate pretty clean and respectful, usually out of the house during the work week. I work . I grew up around the world in a military house hold, ive relaxed quite a bit but the cleanliness aspect stuck. One bedroom apartments are getting to expensive so on here to look for something around $ a month
