I am offering a private room in a home in Santa Monica in exchange for part-time caregiving assistance.
The home is centrally located in a very safe and desirable neighborhood, close to the beach, UCLA, and Santa Monica College (SMC). It is a quiet and peaceful environment.
About the role:
I am a full-time engineer who uses a wheelchair and am looking for a reliable, responsible, and caring individual to assist with daily living tasks.
Duties include:
Morning assistance (approximately 5:30 AM – 8:30 AM)
Evening assistance (after 7:30 PM)
Light housekeeping
General support with in-home caregiving
Schedule:
Approximately 7 shifts per week
Combination of a few mornings and a few evening shifts
About 3 hours per day on average
Compensation:
Private room
Free rent and utilities
$250/month stipend
Ideal candidate:
Dependable and respectful
Preferably with caregiving experience (not required, but helpful)
Comfortable assisting someone with mobility needs
Positive attitude and enjoys helping others
