Hi, my name is Ricquia. I am a forty year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Washington DC or the surrounding area. I am a clean, friendly, respectful person that works from home full time M-F. I love jogging/working out, reading, music, and cooking. I have a fifteen y/o son who resides with his father but would occasionally be visiting with me. Although I don’t have any, I’m a huge animal lover so pets are fine with me. My budget is one thousand dollars per month and I would like to move by June 1.
