Entire place for rent.

Description

I need to move states due to a job offer. I just got this place, paid application fees and deposit. April rent will also be paid. I would put the new tenant as a roommate so we will need to submit an application then remove myself from the lease. You won’t have to pay a down payment since it’s already been paid and you’ll be getting the month of April paid.
