Room in top-notch community

Description

I am looking for a respectful, professional/student female roommate to share my house with. This is a luxurious gated community located near the Miramar/Pembroke Pines area. The roommate must have a full-time job or student status with proof and a clean background (Must pass a background check). This is a new (built in ) two-story house with three bedrooms and baths with a fabulous lake view in a top-notch gated community.
Utilities (Electric, Water, Trash, High-Speed Internet, Cable, etc) will be included. The house has a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking and other amenities, such as a fitness center and swimming pool, are available. Two rooms have their bathroom. You will have access to everything in the house (garage and all brand-new stainless steel appliances). The house is fully equipped with almost everything you would need. The room is furnished.
