Move in dates after May leases for months with an option to renew annually.
It comes with a free washer/dryer, a new stainless steel kitchen, double paned 0windows, ample backyard space, outdoor bike parking, and hardwood floors throughout. The furniture is staged, and can be furnished or unfurnished. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

About me: I'm a year old Oaklander working in alternative energy insurance. In my free time I help out in local public policy issues; cook Malaysian, Californian, or whatever sort of cuisine suits my fancy; and run a Classical Chinese dance company
