There is a living room area with a couch and large ” TV, a bed, dressers, a large desk, reading chair, and lots of closet space, as well as your own bathroom. There is a separate entrance to the basement from outside, with the option to use that or the main house entrance. The only thing it’s missing is a private kitchen. Instead you can use the shared kitchen upstairs. Everything is upgraded and the HVAC is brand new so it’s always a comfortable temperature inside. Rent includes utilities, driveway parking, and use of outdoor area. No pets please.
