My roommate and friend of years just passed away and I am now looking for another respectful and professional male to take his place.
You'll have a your own private bedroom that has been freshly painted and brand new carpet installed. You'll access to the whole house. You'll share a bathroom with one other. Not a party house or a stop and go. Must be willing to stay at least a year.
We like our peace and quiet and plan to keep it that way.
No hard drugs allowed whatsoever.
All utilities and amenities/ wifi/ laundry machines ect, are included with the price.
You don't have to be a clean freak but please be willing to clean up after yourself.
(Sorry no females or children allowed for this is a adult male sanctuary).
Must be OK with well behaved cats for I have two. I'm ok with you having any small or large breed dog as long as they are well behaved and you take good care of and clean up after your fur baby.
First and last month's rent required upon entry.
$ REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED.
AS LONG AS YOU LEAVE THE ROOM LIKE YOU FOUND IT YOU'LL GET IT BACK ON YOUR WAY OUT. ☺
