Roommate wanted starting in March

Hi, I'm Nate, years old. I'm looking for someone to move into the 2-bedroom apartment I'm currently at, starting in March. I'm looking to re-sign a one-year lease at that time too. I would consider myself a quiet, low-maintenance roommate, and am very respectful of any shared spaces. I have a dog as well, but he's a very loveable, quiet dog. I'm open to either gender, and also LGBTQ & friendly!

The property is a large 2-bedroom apartment, located right on Wealthy Street, directly near many great restaurants and local businesses. The apartment has a full kitchen w/ updated appliances, dining room, living room, and an open loft area. AC, laundry, trash, and parking are all included as well. Behind the apartment is also a large green space that works as a backyard w/ a firepit and tables, although it is still a public space.
