My name is Lucas, and I’m currently a first-year Architectural Engineering student at Cal Poly. I’m searching for a place to live for my second year, ideally near campus. I don’t have a car, just a bike. No allergies to any pets. I don't mind co-ed living.

Hardworking student – I’m focused on my studies but also enjoy socializing and meeting new people.
Active & healthy lifestyle – I love working out, snowboarding, and cooking (so if you like home-cooked meals, that’s a plus!) I have my own cookware and would need some space to store it.
Friendly & easygoing – I get along with all kinds of people and am happy to contribute to a positive living environment.
Helpful – I have no issues helping out with chores or house maintenance when needed
