Looking to rent out my second roomm

Hi! single mom of a eleven year old boy looking for a roommate to rent my second bedroom in my apartment in Chandler. The room has a private bath and walk in closet. Available March. Rent is $ + half of all utilities.

A little about me, I do enjoy staying home, love the gym, staying active and on a kickball team, but between work and my son’s activities, we are busy and not home a lot. I like my space to stay clean and organized so mess makers won’t be a good match. I have a 8 month old puppy. She’s easy going and loves people.
