Room For Lease - January-July

Hello! I am willing to pay the first month's rent! Rent is $ per month, and I am looking to sublease my apartment for Spring semester. I live at Big River St, a small neighborhood of townhomes right off Harvey Mitchell Parkway S. It is around 8 minutes from campus, in a safe area of College Station, and has good parking. Currently living in the townhouse are my two roommates, Beth and Sophia, both very sweet girls graduating in Spring . I graduate in December and will be moving which is why I need to sublease.
